Dana Rohrbacher have demanded that the charges be dropped. It is time for the outrageous charges which resulted from the false accusations of a terrorist murderer to be dismissed against these fine men, and for their names to be cleared.
The time is NOW to put the final pressure on the Secretary of Defense to drop these charges. But thus far only one new outlet–FoxNews–has even reported this outrage. We need to get the word out to Americans across the land about this outrage, so they can put pressure on the powers that be to put an end to this injustice.
Three brave Navy SEALs captured the most wanted terrorist in Iraq in a daring nighttime raid on September 3rd, 2009. But now those SEALs are being charged with assault because that same terrorist–who planned the savage murders of 4 Americans in 2004–claimed they gave him a “fat lip”. Despite no physical evidence to support his claim. And despite the fact that the Al Qaeda manual directs terrorists to falsely claim abuse. This same terrorist, Ahmed Hashim Abed, and his followers killed 4 American bodyguards, burning three of them alive, dragged their bodies through the streets, and hung them from a bridge over the Euphrates River. It was a horrific crime. And these SEALs risked life and limb to bring him in after 5 years on the run. Yet now the politically-correct military is prosecuting the very men who captured him, because he claimed they gave him a FAT LIP? Why is the military taking the word of a murdering terrorist over our brave fighting men?According to the SEALs’ attorneys, their clients face up to a YEAR IN PRISON. They DENY the charges and have pled not guilty. But the fact that they were even charged for rough handling of a mass-murdering terrorist is an outrage.

But these experts have told us one important fact: Public pressure DOES effect whether charges are DROPPED. Secretary Gates, under the Uniform Code of Military Justice, can intervene at any time to dismiss the charges against the three SEALs and direct that they be restored to duty.

During the Beruit war, Khalidi was a PLO spokesperson. After the war, he came back to teach at the University of Chicago . He is a virulent critic of Israel , and [was] a strong supporter of Fatah terrorist Yassar Arafat. Obama has referred to Khalidi as someone who challenges his “own biases.”
Why do the same dubious tentacles seem to continually surround Obama?
The fact that the ATFP is scrubbing information on Salahi from their website suggests possible damage control coordination between the ATFP and the White House. If the ATFP was acting independently, there would be no reason to scrub Salahi’s name from their site.
It looks like Salahi was an invited guest to the dinner, that he was “outed,” and the administration had to come up with a rational excuse for his presence.
The Secret Service has already apologized for the incident, but they may clear their names if the Salahis start singing… If someone with ties to the American wing of Hamas can get face to face with the President without the Secret Service realizing it.that is a major security lapse. However, if Obama’s people knowingly allowed Salahi in and are now throwing the Secret Service under the bus to cover themselves, that would be a major scandal. Some in Congress are calling for an investigation.

This atrocity must not be allowed to continue. I have never trained as an Army Ranger, but I know about some of the training these men receive, a life they prepare to live all for the sake of honor and serving this great country. The seven army values are: Loyalty | Duty | Respect | Selfless service | Honor | Integrity | Personal courage. Do you have any idea what it takes to uphold these? These values according to TRADOC (The army training and Doctrine Command).
Let’s take “Selfless Service” = Selfless service is placing your duty before your personal desires. It is the ability to endure hardships and insurmountable odds because of love of fellow Soldiers and our country.
Placing your duty before your personal desires has always been key to the uniqueness of the American Soldier. As citizen-Soldiers, we claim our service to the nation, state and community to be an especially valuable contribution. Imagine a unit where the value of selfless service was not instilled. The unit receives a call to active duty and has only two weeks to deploy. Instead of the unit working as a cohesive team in preparation for deployment, many Soldiers start to actively seek ways to avoid deployment. Remember, the selfless Soldier does not make decisions and take actions designed to promote self, further a career or enhance personal comfort.
For leaders, the age-old phrase of “mission, men and me” still rings true today. Selfless service is the force that encourages every Soldier. It is critical to the esprit and well-being of military organizations. By serving selflessly while on and off duty, we greatly enhance our value to our fellow citizens.
Or, how about LOYALTY, Obama FAILS the first test. Good freakin’ grief.
Loyalty = Loyalty is the faithful adherence to a person, unit or Army. It is the thread that binds our actions together and causes us to support each other, our superiors, our family and our country. Loyalty: bear true faith and allegiance to the U.S. Constitution, the Army, your unit and other Soldiers
Supporting a superior or a program even though it is being openly criticized by peers or subordinates requires courage and loyalty. A loyal intermediate would try to explain the rationale behind the decision and support the decision maker. When we establish loyalty to our Soldiers, the unit, our superiors, our family and the Army, we must be sure the “correct ordering” of our obligations are being accomplished and not the easiest. There is no clear rule as to which comes first. Sometimes it will be the service, sometimes the family and sometimes the Soldier.
Open criticism and being disloyal to leaders, Soldiers and the Army destroys the foundation of the organization and results in diminished mission accomplishment. However, loyalty should not be confused with blind obedience to illegal orders. We all take the oath to obey the orders of superiors appointed over us “according to law and regulations.”
Do you think Mr. Obama or any of the politicians (short of the ones that have already served) would ever/could ever give “SELFLESS SERVIE”. Hell no.

This story seems to blow the lid off the killings at Fort Hood. Anwar al-Awlaki, a Muslim cleric who is a U.S. citizen now living in Yemen, says that the mass murdering major, Khalid Hasan, asked and was given by him a religious ruling authorizing him to shoot the soldiers. This would prove premeditation, a rational decision based on Islamic law, and the Jihadist motivation of the attack beyond any ability to conceal it.
Awlaki’s al-Jazira interview is translated by MEMRI which, it should be noted, does not at all sensationalize the story. While Awlaki could be talking big or “taking credit” for the terrorist operation, he was the imam at Hasan’s mosque in the Washington DC area for some time. His account is credible though it obviously should be investigated closely.
According to the interview, Hasan sent Awlaki an email on December 17, 2008, in which he asked, in Awlaki’s words whether “killing American soldiers and officers…is a religiously legitimate act or not.”
After an extensive correspondence, Awlaki complied, blessing the attack three days before it happened:
“Because Nidal’s target was a military target inside America, and there is no question about this. Then, also, those members of the military were not regular soldiers; rather they were prepared and preparing themselves to go to battle and to kill downtrodden Muslims and to commit crimes in Afghanistan….”
This information is of the greatest importance. Hasan went to his imam, asked to be assured that shooting his fellow soldiers was a recommended deed under Islamic law, and was told to go ahead. Incidentally, Awlaki has thus become an accessory to the crime and U.S. authorities should ask the Yemeni government to ensure he can be interviewed and extradited.
The ABC network’s coverage claims that it was not clear from the transcript whether Awlaki gave Hasan a green light to kill his fellow American soldiers. While Awlaki doesn’t say in so many words that he told him to go ahead, it is quite clear from the transcript that this is precisely what he did do.
Some reports of a Yemeni government air attack on an al-Qaida meeting claim that Awlaki was one of the targets.

Transparency of Obama Administration – Ha Ha Ha; so much for that
The U.S. Secret Service is refusing to release the list of guests to the White House since Jan. 20, 2009, prompting a lawsuit by Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington.
In a move that puts a cloud over transparency, White House officials are blocking access to the lists of the names of visitors to the White House.
The practice, carried over from the Bush administration, argues the public does not need to know who comes calling at the Executive Mansion, even for policy purposes.
“We are deeply disappointed,” said Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington spokeswoman Anne Weismann, whose group is suing to get the records.
“The president, who has committed his administration to transparency and accountability, now takes the position of the Bush administration that the public is not entitled to know who visits the White House. These are not the actions of a pro-transparency administration,” she said.
President Obama in his speech said ” The Holy Koran teaches that whoever kills an innocent, it is as if he has killed all mankind; and whoever saves a person, it is as if he has saved all mankind.”
I really find it odd that neither President Obama nor any of his advisors did not realize that the meaning of verse 5:32 is not clear until it is quoted together with verse 5:33 which follows it:

The House Appropriations Committee today debated what to do with terrorists currently detained at Guantanamo. Since President Obama is committed to closing the detention center, they must be sent somewhere. And for Congressman Schiff at least, the obvious answer is to guarantee them ‘fair trials’ in the United States.
You might think it should be obvious that terrorists should not be given the same rights as the troops who defend us from them. But then again, you might think there’d be no reason to resettle terrorists in the U.S., or to give them welfare benefits. You’d be wrong:
Republicans are trying several tactics to prevent detainees at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, from reaching the United States, introducing legislation aimed at stopping the transfer of terrorists and offering amendments to an emergency war funding bill to deny funding for closing the facility…
Several GOP lawmakers on Thursday introduced the Keep Terrorists Out of America Act, which prohibits the Obama administration from transferring or releasing any suspected terrorist detainees at Guantanamo to any state without express approval from the state’s governor and legislature. The legislation also demands the administration certify to Congress that certain requirements have been met…
On a party line 21-36 vote, the committee also rejected an amendment by Rep. Todd Tiahrt, R-Kan., who proposed preventing any detainee from entering the United States…
Tiahrt also introduced the No Welfare for Terrorists Act of 2009, which prohibits any detainee from Guantanamo Bay who is released into the United States from receiving federal benefits such as food stamps or welfare.
Director of National Intelligence Dennis Blair suggested last month that the U.S. would likely give government assistance to detainees released in the U.S. “to start a new life,” the Kansas lawmaker noted.
Democrats are committed to closing Guantanamo – a dangerous step in itself – but they have no plan after that.

Um, no. In this case, it’s actually the banality of the banal.
Start with the fact that the average Gitmo detainee has gained 20 pounds in captivity. There’s even a medical term for it now: “the Gitmo gut.” Some prisoners have been heard whispering, “If you think Allah is great, you should try these dinner rolls.” (Yes the “Detainees” are as you may think or as you do not know. Are rude, brutal, spit, throw fecal and other bodily matter on American soldiers on a regular basis. American soldiers that have to attend, feed and otherwise assist and take care of in an overly humane manner everyday.)
In terms of “torture,” there was “the attention grasp,” which you have seen in every department store you have ever been where a mother was trying to get her misbehaving child’s attention. If “the attention grasp” doesn’t work, the interrogators issue a stern warning: “Don’t make me pull this car over.”
