What else can be said folks?  I have a sneaking suspicion some if not a lot of the sheeple that blog liberally as well as others across the nation will vote for this narcissistic, marinated in Marxism, liberation theology goop, yet again.  That is IF he runs, but what narcissist wouldn’t?

Maybe not because he’s half white or half black but because discerning a lie from reality is not their forte and seeing that their friends and family have lost their jobs and are unable to find employment based simply on the fact that this type of detrimental behavior perpetrated by the Left is the reason why they remain unemployed with prices for everything skyrocketing.

All this while the majority of “American Energy” sits idle in the Gulf of Mexico.  The Obammer Administration with their strangling regulation of government and business across America are who is stifling job growth, employment, as well as America’s energy independence.   Don’t give me the “if we drill today it won’t help today”, THAT IS A BUNCH OF HOG A DOUBLE S WASH.  If we had began exploration and drilling in ANWR two years ago…or had the continued ineffectual Moratorium been lifted in the Gulf area…I rest my case. 

We certainly wouldn’t be whooping and hollaring for Brazil ???? would we?    Let’s give American jobs, to Brazil.  Let’s give our energy independence to Brazil.  better yet, let’s give Brazil our MONEY!  Yep.  That is what Dear Leader has done for you.

UPDATE…OF COURSE:  Brazilian Oil Drilling
 
Even though President Obama is against offshore drilling for our country, he signed an executive order to loan $2 Billion of our taxpayer dollars (which we can’t afford to loan since we’re broke) to a Brazilian Oil Exploration Company (the 8th largest company in the entire world) to drill for oil off the coast of Brazil! (Petrobras).  The oil that comes from this operation is for the sole purpose and use of China and NOT THE USA !

Now here’s the real clincher…the Chinese government is under contract to purchase all the oil this field will produce, which is hundreds of millions of barrels”… We have absolutely no gain from this transaction whatsoever!

Wait, it gets more interesting.

Guess who is the largest individual stockholder of this Brazilian Oil Company and who would benefit most from this? It is American BILLIONAIRE, George Soros, who was President Obama’s most generous financial supporter during his campaign. If you are able to connect the dots and follow the money, you are probably as upset as I am. Not a word of this transaction was broadcast on any of the other news networks! Are they doing their job? Think about it.

Destroying the economy to an even greater degree with lightening speed.The U.S. has 27 coal mining states with 10 being predominant.  Remember not only are the diabolical Obama and Co. using the EPA to destroy America even further but. BO and Co are working diligently to claim land in many states with the Natural Resources as Government owned land, hence relegating these resources useless; you know inept (just like him).  All the while tripling our energy prices to provide nothing more than a slush fund for criminal type activity within the federal government.

At this point, the only way voters can stop the EPA is to install a check in one of the other branches of government. On September 29, the Senate Finance Committee staged two votes on adding the “public option” to the Baucus version of ObamaCare. I say “staged” because Senate Democrats fully expected both amendments to fail. That was their plan. They want YOU to think that the Senate version of ObamaCare will not include a “public option” and therefore it’s not really a government-run system.

That’s simply a lie–In fact, it couldn’t be further from the truth! The REAL truth is, ObamaCare with or without the public option is still a massively oppressive and unconstitutional government takeover of our healthcare system, and as citizens we cannot support it!

But it gets worse. Senate Democrats plan to sneak the public option back in to the final ObamaCare bill when it moves to the Senate floor… when there will be little time for real debate… and no scrutiny of a Committee hearing! The Hill confirms this floor vote strategy and quotes Sen. Shumer as saying: “The healthcare bill that is signed into law by the president will have a good, strong, robust public option,” he said.

So the votes yesterday were an intentional distortion to get you and I off track — to make us think that ObamaCare is moving to the middle and becoming a bi-partisan bill. But it gets worse….

This is because as bad as the “public option” is, it isn’t even the most insidious DANGER of ObamaCare.

And what is the most insidious DANGER of the entire ObamaCare scheme? The unprecedented and unconstitutional INDIVIDUAL MANDATE. Here’s why …

The Individual Mandate is UNPRECEDENTED…

According to the Congressional Budget Office:

“A mandate requiring all individuals to purchase health insurance would be an unprecedented form of federal action. The government has never required people to buy any good or service as a condition of lawful residence in the United States.”

Never before in U.S. History has such a federal mandate been imposed on the people of the United States! Why? Because…

THE INDIVIDUAL MANDATE IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL!

If the individual mandate is considered a “regulation” then it most certainly is unconstitutional.

Most of the expansion of federal power of the past 90 years has taken place through the Commerce clause of the Constitution. In other words, if some activity impacts “commerce,” Congress claims authority to regulate.

But there is no “commerce” involved in “being” an American! As the CBO so clearly stated, such a mandate on “lawful residence” is unprecedented. That’s because it is clearly unconstitutional!

And here’s where Obama and the Democrats run into trouble because the only way they can justify ObamaCare is to call it a tax instead of a regulation and then claim Congressional authority to tax.

But scholars are saying that this type of tax is likely also unconstitutional. Plus, Obama said he “rejects the notion” that the individual mandate is a tax, fearing his plan will lose more support if it is exposed as a tax increase.

The Individual Mandate IS Government Takeover

With or without the so-called “public option”, the Individual Mandate means ObamaCare is a government takeover of healthcare. That’s because the individual mandate gives government control over the healthcare system by giving the government the authority to FORCE you to comply!

In fact, if you don’t pay the Individual Mandate TAX, you’ll face up to a $25,000 fine or even ONE YEAR IN JAIL! (here for source)

There is no escaping the government-run ObamaCare system. This is the definition of a government takeover of healthcare!

Protesters came from every state in the union. This man came from San Antonio, TX. He said that he was really sorry he hadn’t brought his family. He stated that being a black conservative he was afraid to expose his children to what he expected would be a lot of liberal abuse. He was thrilled with the tenor of the event and the fact that no liberals were present to harass him. He spoke about how incredibly intolerant the left is to black individuals who don’t bow to the party line.

This is the first great conservative anti-statist manifestation in American history. The conservative movement, which developed in the post-WWII, Cold War environment has now fully matured into the most significant political movement of the 21st century. I believe that this day could be referred to in the not too distant future as the day that changed America. This was the day the great silent conservative majority finally found its voice.

Many of the attendees were quite meek and timid and were unsure of exactly what to expect, this being the first time in their lives they’d been involved in a protest movement. Their fears evaporated early in the day and I saw people reveling in the camaraderie , the joy and sheer civility that was exhibited at the entire event. Chants of “Freedom, freedom, freedom”, “No more czars! No more czars!” carried through the air without the slightest hint of rancor or incivility which is the norm at the leftist rallies I have photographed over the years.

Washington, D.C. – On September 25th there will be a national prayer gathering of Muslims on the west front of the U.S… Capitol Building. They are expecting at least 50,000 to attend from mosques all across America. They will gather to pray from 4:00 AM until 7:00 PM. The gathering will take place by the site where U.S. Presidents have been inaugurated since 1981. The organizers say that it was Obama’s inauguration speech in January and his speech broadcast from Egypt in June that gave them the idea for this prayer gathering on Capitol Hill.

 I did not post on this when I saw it last week because I have no problem with folks praying. I took no issue with it whether it was Muslims, Christian, Jews ……………. pet rock owners. But when I got a gander at islamoncapitolhill.com, I  posted it as an update to the “Interfaith day of Service” on 911. But it is clearly in need of its own post, especially when one looks  at the two leading the thousands of Muslims in prayer: Sheik Muhammad Jebril and  Sheik Ahmed Dewidar, two Egyptians (home base to the Muslim Brotherhood), and prayer organizer Hassen Abdellah.
First, let’s take a close look  at Dewidar.Dr. Ahmad Dwidar is imam of the Islamic Center in New York. MEMRI captured an interview he did with the Middle East  Broadcasting Centre:

Sunstein has made no secret of his devotion to the cause of establishing legal “rights” for livestock, wildlife, and pets. Forget that steak or Lobster if this wack job has his way! Ahahah

(CNSNews.com) – Cass Sunstein, President Barack Obama’s nominee to head the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA), has advocated a policy under which the government would “presume” someone has consented to having his or her organs removed for transplantation into someone else when they die unless that person has explicitly indicated that his or her organs should not be taken…Under such a policy, hospitals would harvest organs from people who never gave permission for this to be done… 

This problem could be remedied if governments changed the laws for organ donation, they said. Currently, unless a patient has explicitly chosen to be an organ donor, either on his driver’s license or with a donor card, the doctors assume that the person did not want to donate and therefore do not harvest his organs. Thaler and Sunstein called this “explicit consent.”

They argued that this could be remedied if government turned the law around and assumed that, unless people explicitly choose not to, then they want to donate their organs – a doctrine they call “presumed consent.”

“Presumed consent … Sunstein said…“presumed consent” system would make it easier for doctors to convince families to donate their loved one’s organs.

… This shift may make it easier for the family to accept organ donation.”

The problem of the deceased’s family is only one issue, Sunstein and Thaler said…the government can solve through a system of “mandated choice.”

JERUSALEM – How is this for a quick clean up job?

Last week, WND reported the official communist-oriented manifesto of a radical group founded by Obama’s environmental adviser, Van Jones, was published in full on the Internet.

Just hours later, the manifesto was removed and the entire website was taken down.

It is, however, still available in web archives.

As WND previously reported, Van Jones, special adviser for green jobs, enterprise and innovation to the White House Council on Environmental Quality, is an admitted black nationalist and radical communist.

Jones was the leader and founder of a radical group, the communist revolutionary organization Standing Together to Organize a Revolutionary Movement, or STORM.

STORM’s official manifesto, titled, “Reclaiming Revolution,” had been published on the Internet.

A WND review of the 97-page treatise found that the manual describes Jones’ organization as having a “commitment to the fundamental ideas of Marxism-Leninism.”

“We agreed with Lenin’s analysis of the state and the party,” reads the manifesto. “And we found inspiration in the revolutionary strategies developed by Third World revolutionaries like Mao Tse-tung and Amilcar Cabral.”

Cabral is the late Marxist revolutionary leader of Guinea-Bissau and the Cape Verde Islands.

WND previously reported Jones named his son after Cabral and reportedly concludes every e-mail with a quote from the communist leader.

 STORM’s manifesto boasted, “We also saw our brand of Marxism as, in some ways, a reclamation.”

One section of the manifesto described of a vigil that Jones’ group held Sept. 12, 2001, at Snow Park in Oakland, Calif. The event drew hundreds and articulated an “anti-imperialist” line, according to STORM’s own description.

The radical group’s manual boasted the 9/11 vigil was held to express solidarity with Arab and Muslim Americans and to mourn the civilians killed in the terrorist attacks “as well as the victims of U.S. imperialism around the world.”

“We honored those who lost their lives in the attack and those who would surely lose their lives in subsequent U.S. attacks overseas,” STORM’s manifesto recalls.

The White House did not return multiple WND requests the past few weeks seeking comment on how Jones was screened for his position and whether the White House knew of his admitted radical past

Speaking to the East Bay Express, Jones said he first became radicalized in the wake of the 1992 Rodney King riots, during which time he was arrested.

“I was a rowdy nationalist on April 28th, and then the verdicts came down on April 29th,” he said. “By August, I was a communist.

“I met all these young radical people of color – I mean really radical: communists and anarchists. And it was, like, ‘This is what I need to be a part of.’ I spent the next 10 years of my life working with a lot of those people I met in jail, trying to be a revolutionary,” he said

It is ALL lies! Every single thing that Marxist ba#$#@ utters from his lips is a lie, or a mis-truth designed to further the Communist agenda of the Hard Progressive Left! Who wrote the 1000+ pages Stimulus Bill? Who wrote either of the Health Care Bill drafts? Who wrote the 1000+ page Cap N Trade Bill?

And now, we are reading that this country is planning on forced vaccinations of children and adults, mandatory quarrentine camps, Crematoriums, and a whole bunch of other stuff that sounds just like out of NAZI Germany! Just last week we had the 1st Annual International Swine Flu conference which documented these things, made sweeping reccommendations, and BO’s minions endorsed their findings.

I have one question for the readers of these pages. Can anyone name ONE instance where a Marxist Gov’t was removed from power via the ballot box?? Just frickin’ one! No! That’s because there never has been a time where that has happened in the history of the world!
