Ways to Circumvent Congress and Quickly Enact Amnesty for Illegal Aliens

The following are the opening sentences in the attached 11 page memo on how to circumvent Congress and relatively quickly enact amnesty for large numbers of illegal aliens (in groups of 50,000, 33,000, etc, etc. beginning in 3 – 12 months).

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) can,
in the absence of Comprehensive Immigration Reform,
extend benefits and/or protections to many individuals and groups by issuing new guidance and regulations,
exercising discretion with regard to parole-in-place,
deferred action and the issuance of Notices to Appear (NTA).

USCIS could reinterpret two 1990 General Counsel Opinions
regarding the ability of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) applicants
who entered the United States (U.S.) without inspection to adjust or change status.

This would enable thousands of individuals in TPS status to become lawful permanent residents.

Similarly, where non-TPS applicants have been deemed inadmissible
under section 212(a)(6)(AXi) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (“the Act”) for having entered without inspection,
USCIS could grant “parole-in-place” (PIP) in the exercise of discretion to create a basis for adjustment in the US.

Thank you for waking a sleeping giant.  Who is that sleeping giant?

 

 

Well, let’s see couldn’t that be “We The People”? that have been ”Asleep at the proverbial Wheel”.  Oh yes it is!  

 

Mr. you have awakened the American people from their Rip Van Winkle stupor and for that I want to thank you.  The only good you have accomplished is this “awakening”.

 

Yes, that is exactly who you have awakened; Americans that still believe the American dream becomes a reality only when an individual realizes that “Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness” can only be achieved through personal effort and self sacrifice of taking the high road as opposed to the easy way, But you know what?  EVENTUALLY ALL THE EASY WAY OUTS have run out.  Yep, you folks have hit the “end of the line”, you know “run them in the ground” so to speak.  Just as you are doing every small business owner that is the back bone of America as well as the average American.  

 

 

So I would like to share several books I’ve read lately which provided much wisdom as to the nature of men as well as the nature of the self serving man and what his ignorance of true freedom and what true freedom really means. 

The lazy, self serving man does not care about freedom; oh yes he wants freedom but willingly gives it up for a moment of temporary enjoyment or rather instant gratification. Fearfully reminds me of what Benjamin Franklin often said,

“Those who would give up Essential Liberty
to purchase a little Temporary Safety,
deserve neither Liberty nor Safety.”

  

Temporary gratification i.e., short lived enjoyment is equal to government proping up of her citizens as opposed to assisting her to create jobs to employ the unemployed thus assisting American citizens to subsist and thrive on their own. 

 

 I am not against temporary help, but what has happened is neither temporary nor sustainable.  Instead of assisting American small business owners to create jobs Mr. Obama you are punishing them.  Instead of providing incentives to expand our businesses, improve our businesses, or create businesses hence hiring or increasing the employee base we are being penalized at an ever increasing rate, thank you Mr. Obama.  

Some of these authors and books are but not limited to:

Nathaniel Hawthorne, The Scarlet Letter written in 1849 and I quote from the book, men that may have lost jobs, fotunes, etc. ”look wistfully about in quest of support external to themselves…Waiting for the strong arm of their uncle (Uncle Sam)” (to prop them up and sustain them, hence removing their drive for any future external employment or the will to work and be a productive citizen).

Paul Bunyan, The Pilgrims Progress written in 1678 and I reference from the book, Christian on his journey of truth & wisdom to rid himself of life’s burdens encounters 3 men asleep with shackles on, Simple, Sloth, and Presumption.  Christian attempted to awaken them so they could flee imminent danger warning their predicament was akin to being asleep atop a ships rigging to which they replied, I see no danger, Just a little more sleep, Every tub must stand upon it’s own bottom then they all went back asleep.  Christian also met Formality and Hypocrisy as they entered  by climbing over the wall ILLEGALLY.  Being questioned by Christian, Why didn’t you come in at the gate? Only Thieves and Robbers climb over the wall to enter the path.  Formality and Hypocrisy answered “what does it matter how we get into the pathway, if we are in, we are in.  Christian answers the Lord of the way already considers you thieves so I doubt you’ll be found worthy at the end of the Way. You came in without his discretion, you will go without his mercy.   

 

M. Scott Peck, The Road Less Traveled written in 1978, I quote from the book”Whenever we seek to avoid the responsibility for our own behaviour, we do so by attempting to give that responsibility to some other individual or organization or entity.  But this means we then vie away our power to that entity, be it “fate”, or “society” or the government or the coroporation or our boss.  It is for this reason that Erich Fronmm so aptly titled his study of Nazism and authoritarianism, Escape from Freedom.  Folks to relinquish our power, OUR FREEDOM simply because we are tired, or just too lazy to persevere is just moronic. Don’t do it.

Sound familiar?  Strange how authors up to three hundred years ago understood the error of always looking for the easy way.  I don’t know about you but my mother and father always told me that anything worth having or working towards takes effort, personal effort and perseverance.  Our hopes and dreams are attainable but they will not be handed to us on a silver platter but instead must be the product of hard work and sacrifice.  The sweat off my brow and not my brothers’ (figuratively speaking). 

 
You, Obama have single handedly stifled creativity and free will of the American people while crushing the hopes and dreams of nearly every entrepreneur and nealy every new student straight out of College with a degree, and the millions of Americans that have already lost their jobs.

Obama will be celebrating Ramadan beginning this year on 12 August 10 ; the month long fast for Muslims.   

During Ramadan, Muslims wake up before sunrise and eat a meal then they fast till sunset. During this daily fast they neither eat, drink, or smoke.  You know the brother at the White house will be hiding and smoking (weak), heck even the Islamic Muslims know a fake when they see one.

At the end of the month there is a feast call Id El Fitr. I have heard that many Muslims gain an enormous amount of weight because they feast all night dreading the impending sunrise.  Fasting, yeah right.  eat all night and fast during daylight hours…I just don’t get it.  But to each his own.  1st Ramadan (Fasting Begins) August 12, 2010 Keep an eye on Obama from this date till Sept 10th when Ramadan ends.this year.

If you want to wish him a happy Ramadan Month, the proper greeting is Ramadan Kareem.

Last year if you remember I suspected that his big to do with Gates and Crowley, (infamous “beer summit”) inviting them of all things to a BEER, was intentional to make us think that he drinks alcohol which is against Islam, OTOH it is a fact that terrorists have a dispensation to drink alcohol and eat pork to fool us infidels.

For many towns and cities this will be the last straw to break their financial back. Why? Big Labor plans on monopolizing all Firefighters and Law Enforcement Officers across the nation under Union Boss control; when a city or town refuses to “go along with the plan” the Federal Government (Obama and Co) will turn over your “First Responders” to Big Labor anyway. You are damned if you do and you are damned if you don’t.

Union Boss thugs are ready to make their move, seeing right now as their best chance in years to take control over fire fighters and law enforcement officers across the nation. Brutalizing cities and towns, large and small from east to west, north and south leaving no stone unturned union boss thugs intent is to guarantee citizens pay more in taxes and get less for their tax money in return.

The usefulness of Unions during the late 1800’s and early 1900’s is over. Since then unions have progressively negotiated contracts that have forced previously prosperous companies to reduce their workforce, reduce product output, and eventually bankrupt the company.

See, union boss thugs have already driven many American companies into bankruptcy, near collapse, or heading in the same direction.

Union thugs have preyed on our auto industry, our public school system and totally ruined state and federal government with unsustainable “Cadillac Health Care (under Obama)”, “Cadillac Benefit Plans” unusually high pay for blue collar type employment.

For example, take Detroit Michigan car manufacturing companies. Employees making around $75.00 per hour were offered reduced pay to be able to keep their jobs. In other words, you will not make as much money, however you WILL have a job and benefits. What did the Union thugs do? Said, Nope no way these people want to lose their jobs and have no income rather than compromise. Many employees that wanted to negotiate were threatened and harassed by Big Union Labor trolls.

The ObamaCare bill is the establishment of Dhimmitude and Sharia muslim diktat in the United States. Muslims are specifically exempted from the government mandate to purchase insurance, and also from the penalty tax for being uninsured. Islam considers insurance to be “gambling”, “risk-taking” and “usury” and is thus banned. Muslims are specifically granted exemption based on this. How convenient. So I, Joe/Jane Christian, will have crippling IRS liens placed against all of my assets, including real estate, cattle, and even accounts receivables, and will face hard prison time because I refuse to buy insurance or pay the penalty tax. Meanwhile, Louis Farrakhan will have no such penalty and will have 100% of his health needs paid for by the de facto government insurance. Non-muslims will be paying a tax to subsidize muslims. Period. This is Dhimmitude.

Dhimmitude serves two purposes: it enriches the muslim masters AND serves to drive conversions to islam. In this case, the incentive to convert to islam will be taken up by those in the inner-cities as well as the godless Generation X, Y and Z types who have no moral anchor. Well let’s see.  Everything you and I eat, drink, wash, visit, our haircuts, oil change, gas, water, electricity, groceries.  Folks everything you need to live, the current price will increase oh say by around 300%.-gas bill

-groceries
-hair cut
-oil change
-tennis shoes
-day care
-car wash
-car/truck
-flights
-etc., etc., etc.
A few more things that are going to be taxed out of whack… ALL repair services on appliances and HVAC, roofing, & most construction materials. THEN on top of that, expect about a 3% national sales tax. Most people dont realize the hidden taxes in everything from cosmetics to appliances the manufacturers pay the taxes, then ‘hide’ the taxes in the cost for the consumer. Yep, government enslavement straight up folks.

The Student loans… built into the bill is a bit of underhandedness to screw students… they are going to have to pay more for health coverage until they get their loans paid off… so that’s interest to the government and more money in the health care throw away fund.Why do you think Obama is doing all this? Why must he ensure more and more people lose their jobs?  I know! I know!  Because then they will be more dependent on the government.  Remember my previous post on top down societies. 

OH!  I almost forgot since I quit smoking nearly 19 years ago, are you guys ready to pay $20 bucks for a pack of cigs or around $120. for a carton?  Yep, it’s coming.  Remember what ‘ol Liberty said, she warned us. That ‘ol sassy Liberty; she warned us.

Now, why are all these products and services increasing exponentially???? Because ENERGY prices will continue to increase and cause products and services to increase simply because it cost more to make, transport, or do what we did before, you know Farm to Market costs a lot more these days. TAXES on everything you/me/us consume or use will increase.  Bottom line folks, taxes and government entitlement programs are always passed along to the consumer; one way or another not the big Rich guy as Obama knows your ears love to hear.  Nope folks it is YOU, who will pay.  I guess ya’ll were ready for a 300% increase in everything just like Sharpton (was it him?) that said, Americans voted for socialism because they voted for Barak Obama. Tee, he he he  OH!!!! Reminds me of another perfectly suitable cartoon for this paragraph.  Hmmm, here it goes.

Also, more and more business (not just financial institutions) will shrink in size or close, causing more unemployment, then there are less and less taxes being paid into the government on a regualar basis, making this ENTITLEMENT program UNSUSTAINABLE.

I predict Soup kitchens will expand to include the family, passage of this bill will create dependence upon the government (we already are by extending extending unemployment benefits) Not that I’m against that, but where will it end? and continue to stifle creativity as well as entrepreneurship.

Wow, wait a minute this isn’t happening is it?  Americans are witnessing just one more of the most horrific demonstrations by the Obama administration to demoralize American Military members while uplifting and glorifying the Muslim Islamic Extremist’s and their agenda. Again, what a pos Obama is. People, this is madness and must be stopped, please watch and read below to understand how the terrorist burned alive, drug their bodies through the streets and hung from a bridge four Americans. The Islamic Muslim Extremest claim the Navy Seals gave them a “fat lip”, oh good freakin’ grief, candy ass terrorist cowards.

Americans are rallying to the side of the brave Navy SEALs who are being persecuted in the name of political correctness. Rep. Dan Burton and Rep. Dana Rohrbacher have demanded that the charges be dropped. It is time for the outrageous charges which resulted from the false accusations of a terrorist murderer to be dismissed against these fine men, and for their names to be cleared.

The time is NOW to put the final pressure on the Secretary of Defense to drop these charges. But thus far only one new outlet–FoxNews–has even reported this outrage. We need to get the word out to Americans across the land about this outrage, so they can put pressure on the powers that be to put an end to this injustice.

Three brave Navy SEALs captured the most wanted terrorist in Iraq in a daring nighttime raid on September 3rd, 2009. But now those SEALs are being charged with assault because that same terrorist–who planned the savage murders of 4 Americans in 2004–claimed they gave him a “fat lip”. Despite no physical evidence to support his claim. And despite the fact that the Al Qaeda manual directs terrorists to falsely claim abuse. A Court-Martial has been scheduled For APRIL, and these fine men face a year in prison over the lies of a murdering terrorist!

This same terrorist, Ahmed Hashim Abed, and his followers killed 4 American bodyguards, burning three of them alive, dragged their bodies through the streets, and hung them from a bridge over the Euphrates River. It was a horrific crime. And these SEALs risked life and limb to bring him in after 5 years on the run. Yet now the politically-correct military is prosecuting the very men who captured him, because he claimed they gave him a FAT LIP? Why is the military taking the word of a murdering terrorist over our brave fighting men?According to the SEALs’ attorneys, their clients face up to a YEAR IN PRISON. They DENY the charges and have pled not guilty. But the fact that they were even charged for rough handling of a mass-murdering terrorist is an outrage.

We must stop this madness. We have heard it from military experts, from Congressmen, from attorneys: Once the Court Martial begins, public pressure is more likely to be ignored. But these experts have told us one important fact: Public pressure DOES effect whether charges are DROPPED. Secretary Gates, under the Uniform Code of Military Justice, can intervene at any time to dismiss the charges against the three SEALs and direct that they be restored to duty.

These are the men and women being shot at, blown up, injured and killed, and they are shooting back at the enemy to defend you against terrorists that would otherwise be in your town, shooting at you, taking your loved ones hostage and beheading them.
This MUST not stand! We CAN stop it if we get the word out to all Americans. We must not fail these fine men.

White House Party Crashers are close friends of Obama – WTH?

Tareq and Michaele Salahi know Obama from waaaaaay back.

Hello people, more of Obama Smoke and Mirrors. Good grief, the man is a train wreck and some of the left is still following him, why???? I think we all have our ideas on that. Nevertheless, it is just disgusting, Obama is disgusting.

I knew there had to be a “Paul Harvey” version to this story. See the white guy in the white suit? Now see the blond in the white dress? See the guy in the middle.hmmm-m-m. This picture was taken June 9, 2005. It seems Obama has known these two phonies for awhile, at least from the time he was a Senator. They’re getting all the press now as being “party crashers” and the secret service is taking the fall. Funny how this hasn’t come out in the press, don’tcha think?

No wonder the couple who crashed Obama’s State dinner last week, Tareq and Michaele Salahi, keep insisting they were invited guests. They know Barry from way back when he was still an Illinois Senator. Is Obama trying to throw the Secret Service under the bus?

Tareq has ties to Palestinian terrorists. Tareq is a board member of the ATFP- American Task Force on Palestine, which has quickly scrubbed it’s site of the fact. Thank the Lord for Google cache.

And just who are the ATFP? The ATFP has ties to Chicago , ties to Muslim radicals, ties to Hamas, and ties to Saudi Wahhabists. It is arguably the American wing of Hamas. The group’s co-founder is Rashid Khalidi, the guy purported to have helped finance Obama’s Harvard education and who was also instrumental in getting Mahmoud Ahmadinejad to speak at Columbia University . During the Beruit war, Khalidi was a PLO spokesperson. After the war, he came back to teach at the University of Chicago . He is a virulent critic of Israel , and [was] a strong supporter of Fatah terrorist Yassar Arafat. Obama has referred to Khalidi as someone who challenges his “own biases.”

Why do the same dubious tentacles seem to continually surround Obama?

The fact that the ATFP is scrubbing information on Salahi from their website suggests possible damage control coordination between the ATFP and the White House. If the ATFP was acting independently, there would be no reason to scrub Salahi’s name from their site.

It looks like Salahi was an invited guest to the dinner, that he was “outed,” and the administration had to come up with a rational excuse for his presence.

The Secret Service has already apologized for the incident, but they may clear their names if the Salahis start singing… If someone with ties to the American wing of Hamas can get face to face with the President without the Secret Service realizing it.that is a major security lapse. However, if Obama’s people knowingly allowed Salahi in and are now throwing the Secret Service under the bus to cover themselves, that would be a major scandal. Some in Congress are calling for an investigation.
Something is VERY fishy in this White House,
AND THE SMELL GETS WORSE EVERY DAY!
