I’m sorry people, but this eerily reminds me of a book I read by Robin Cook, Coma. Where innocent people check into the hospital for innocuous procedures and never come out, but are instead comatised for organ removal later. Good grief people wake up and realize what the diabolical BHO and company are doing to this country.

Not only his radical views on human organ harvesting, but also his (NO ANIMAL LEFT BEHIND STANCE, here at The Obama File) However, there’s one troubling portion of the new Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA) Administrator’s C.V. that has seems to have flown under everyone’s radar: Cass Sunstein is a radical animal rights activist.

Sunstein has made no secret of his devotion to the cause of establishing legal “rights” for livestock, wildlife, and pets. Forget that steak or Lobster if this wack job has his way! Ahahah

(CNSNews.com) – Cass Sunstein, President Barack Obama’s nominee to head the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA), has advocated a policy under which the government would “presume” someone has consented to having his or her organs removed for transplantation into someone else when they die unless that person has explicitly indicated that his or her organs should not be taken…Under such a policy, hospitals would harvest organs from people who never gave permission for this to be done… 

This problem could be remedied if governments changed the laws for organ donation, they said. Currently, unless a patient has explicitly chosen to be an organ donor, either on his driver’s license or with a donor card, the doctors assume that the person did not want to donate and therefore do not harvest his organs. Thaler and Sunstein called this “explicit consent.”

They argued that this could be remedied if government turned the law around and assumed that, unless people explicitly choose not to, then they want to donate their organs – a doctrine they call “presumed consent.”

“Presumed consent … Sunstein said…“presumed consent” system would make it easier for doctors to convince families to donate their loved one’s organs.

… This shift may make it easier for the family to accept organ donation.”

The problem of the deceased’s family is only one issue, Sunstein and Thaler said…the government can solve through a system of “mandated choice.”

I have one question for the readers of these pages. Can anyone name ONE instance where a Marxist Gov’t was removed from power via the ballot box?? Just frickin’ one! No! That’s because there never has been a time where that has happened in the history of the world!

Do you believe the Constitution is the rule of law? Do you believe in the original intent of our founding fathers? Do you want to reform Congress? I’m not talking about reforming a Democratic Congress, but Congress.

If your answer is yes, we have to work together to make this happen. The goal in its entirety is to make all three branches of government respect and abide by the rule of law, know as the Constitution of the United States of America.

The most egregious of offenses against the Constitution is from Congress, so the focus will begin with the Legislative branch. It requires you to do some homework, because you have to know what you are talking about.

1. “We the people” need to read the Constitution. It is about four thousand, four hundred and forty (4440) words and will take less than an evening to do. Some may have to digest and research to understand what these wise men meant. Please try to understand it. The links below are an online Constitution and a pocket Constitution you can get free from The Heritage Foundation.

Our main concern will be Article 1, Section 8 and the 10th Amendment.

2. Next, “We the people” must write to each of our Senators and our Representative to tell them that we have read the Constitution and we know what the “Powers of Congress” are and that we want them to abide by the “Powers of Congress” granted by the Constitution, and that anything not listed are reserved for the States and the people as addressed in the 10th Amendment. If they do not abide by the Constitution, they will be voted out of office.

If they do not know the “Powers of Congress”, a copy is attached, and they might spend some time reading and learning their duties. Most of these politicians know the Constitution, so this is really a poke at them.

This is to be sent to ALL of your Senators and Representative, Democratic and Republican. That would be a total of three letters, three emails, three faxes, and three phone calls. I would not suggest to send to politicians out of state, as they will look at addresses and usually only address letters from there district. That is not to say that if you have an address in another state, not to use it.

3. Below is a letter to send to your Reps and Senators. It is an example.

A. Please use the Representatives and Senators name.

B. This is an example letter. It will be more effective if you rewrite it in your own words.

C. This letter will be more effective if you send it United States Postal Service, and hand written. At least send it USPS if you don’t hand write it. I know some of you will not send a snail mail. Please do, it’s the most effective method. Please write the letter in your own words, PLEASE.

D. Send them an email. Please send a snail mail and an email, if possible. Also send a fax. Call them, but to read the letter will be too much for an intern to take time for.

Where is it in the Constitution that Health Care, and Cap and Trade are mentioned? For that matter, where is Social Security, global-warming research, welfare, mass transit, food stamps, minimum wage, Medicaid, Medicare, and unemployment insurance?

You know I’ve been thinking on all this health destruction talk coming out of Washington D.C.  Hey People while I agree that something needs to be done regarding Health Care and the costs associated there in.  This piece of legislation is Not about that.

Friends, this isn’t about better Health Care.  This is not about controlling Health Care costs.  This is not about assisting Doctors.  This is not about assisting Health Care Decisions. This is not about assisting the Health Care Community.

Folks, This is about Control.  Control of your medical information, control of your finances, control of your free speech, control of your children, control of your parents, control of your friends, control of your bank account.  I have heard it said, this will be the governments’ lanyard attached to your life; and ready to Yank you back in line should you ever deter from Big Governements plans for you.

People, this is about Control. Period.

Now, what can you do as a concerned American citizen that is being assaulted on a daily basis?  Not only in the health care arena, but your Second Amendment rights, your First Amendment rights, and the liberties afforded Americans today.

1.  WHAT: Contact; visit, call, and or write to your Doctors.  Ask them if they support H 3200.  If they do you must let them know that you will be finding another physician.

2. WHY:  Let your Doctor know that it is obvious they do not appreciate you, your business, your health, or your money.  Let them know you will be giving your money to a doctor that appreciates your money and the sacrifices you make and have made to provide yourself and family with Health Care Coverage.

3.  WHEN: Immediately if not sooner.

While Schwenkler does not appear in the state’s voter registration database, a person by that name in November 2008 received $500 from a political 527 committee called Colorado Citizens Coalition for “communications,” according to campaign finance disclosures.

The accountant for the 527 appears to be the same woman who handles the books for many other Democratic-leaning political committees.

You’ll be shocked to know that this punk, working with the COlorado Citizens Coalition, was actually paid by SEIU to do election “communications” last fall, too.

Just two weeks ago, we had an Obamacrat caught pretending to be a white supremacist online who threatened a black student at Nicholls State University in Louisiana – in an attempt to have “racism” and by extension the townhall protesters – blamed for the “hate.”

It would appear they’re trying to create their own Reichstag Fire and scream that it’s their opponents doing it – opponents who are doing nothing more than exercising first amendment rights to disagree with their politicians. They’re failing.

Montana Townhall Conspiracy Revealed!- Staged by Obama and Company

Email received: Was sent to me by a friend in Bozeman, MT who was there.
Why do we tolerate this?

By now you have probably heard that President Obama came to Montana last Friday. However, there are many things that the major news has not covered. I feel that since Bill and I live here and we were at the airport on Friday I should share some facts with you. Whatever you decide to do with the information is up to you. If you chose to share this email with others I do ask that you DELETE my email address before you forward this on.

On Wednesday, August 5th it was announced locally that the President would be coming here. There are many groups here that are against his healthcare and huge spending so those groups began talking and deciding on what they were going to do. The White House would not release ANY details other than the date.

On about Tuesday Bill found out that they would be holding the “Town Hall” at the airport. (This is only because Bill knows EVERYONE at the airport) Our airport is actually located outside of Belgrade (tiny town) in a very remote location. Nothing is around there. They chose to use a hangar that is the most remotely located hangar. You could not pick a more remote location, and you can not get to it easily. It is totally secluded from the public.

FYI: We have many areas in Belgrade and Bozeman which could have held a large amount of folks with sufficient parking. (gymnasiums/auditoriums). All of which have chairs and tables, and would not have to be SHIPPED IN!! $$$$$
During the week, cargo by the TONS was being shipped in constantly. Airport employees could not believe how it just kept coming. Though it was our President coming several expressed how excessive it was, especially during a recession. $$$$$

Late Tuesday/early Wednesday the 12th, they said that tickets would be handed out on Thursday 9am at two locations and the president would be arriving around 12:30 Friday.

Thursday morning about 600 tickets were passed out. However, 1500 were printed at a Local printing shop per White House request. Hmmmm……900 tickets just DISAPPEARED.
This same morning someone called into the radio from the local UPS branch and said that THOUSANDS of Dollars of Lobster were shipped in for Obama. Montana has some of the best beef in the nation!!! And it would have been really wonderful to help out the local economy. Anyone heard of the Recession?? Just think…with all of the traveling the White House is doing. $$$$$ One can only imagine what else we are paying for.

On Friday Bill and I got out to the airport about 10:45am. The groups that wanted to protest Obama’s spending and healthcare had gotten a permit to protest and that area was roped off. But that was not to be. A large bus carrying SEIU (Service Employees International Union) members drove up onto the area (illegal)and unloaded right there. It was quite a commotion and there were specifically 2 SEIU men trying to make trouble and start a fight. Police did get involved and arrested the one man but they said they did not have the manpower to remove the SEIU crowd.
The SEIU crowd was very organized and young. About 99% were under the age of 30 and they were not locals! They had bullhorns and PROFESSIONALLY made signs. Some even wore preprinted T-shirts. Oh, and Planned Parenthood folks were with them…..professing abortion rights with their T-shirts and preprinted signs. (BTW, all these folks did have a permit to protest in ANOTHER area)

Those against healthcare/spending moved away from the SEIU crowd to avoid confrontation. They were orderly and respectful. Even though SEIU kept coming over and walking through, continuing to be very intimidating and aggressive at the direction of the one SEIU man.

So we had Montana folks from ALL OVER the state with their homemade signs and their DOGS with homemade signs. We had cowboys, nurses, doctors you name it. There was even a guy from Texas who had been driving through. He found out about the occasion, went to the store, made a sign, and came to protest.

If you are wondering about the press…..Well, all of the major networks were over by that remote hangar I mentioned. They were conveniently parked on the other side of the buildings FAR away. None of these crowds were even visible to them. I have my doubts that they knew anything about the crowds.
We did have some local news media around us from this state and Idaho. Speaking of the local media…they were invited. However, all questions were to be turned into the White House in advance of the event. Wouldn’t want anyone to have to think off the top of their head.

It was very obvious that it was meant to be totally controlled by the White House. Everything was orchestrated down to the last detail to make it appear that Montana is just crazy for Obama and government healthcare. Even those people that talked about their insurance woes……..the White House called our local HRDC (Human Resource and Development Committee) and asked for names. Then the White House asked those folks to come. Smoke and mirrors…EVERYTHING was staged!!!!!!!!!!!

I am very dismayed about what I learned about our current White House. The amount of control and manipulation was unbelievable. I felt I was not living in the United States of America, more like the USSR!! I was physically nauseous. Bill and I have been around when Presidents or Heads of State visit. It has NEVER been like this. I am truly very frightened for our country. America needs your prayers and your voices. If you care about our country please get involved. Know the issues. And let Congress hear your voices again and again!! If they are willing to put forth so much effort to BULLY a small town one can only imagine what is going on in Washington DC. Scary!!

Hussein O. done what he has done, but he has turned this country into a flipping Zoo.  America is now a three ring circus instead of a super power.  Two Hundred years to accomplish and 7 months to ruin; only a narcissist could do this.

Obama has in 7 months divided this country beyond ones imagination…the question is why, what’s his ultimate goal in destroying America. Just maybe some of the disturbances that afflicted him and his dysfunctional family is the basis for his hatred of America..

Obama’s mother was a white women and an atheist, that preferred black men rather than one of her own race. Both of her marriages were with muslims and both marriages failed. She left young Obama with his white grand mother and grandfather and begin her wandering around the world. She died at about 50 plus years old of cervical cancer. When one reads the information concerning her life , it’s apparent that she was a very troubled women. She did not have a Christian foundation and apparently was more at home with the muslim religion and the sordid side of life.

Some of Obama’s remarks during his campaign indicated that he harbored a hatred for America and the white people. He stated that his white grandmother was a typical white. His comments to his elitist friends in San Francisco, that when times were hard whites turned to their guns and religion. More recently he insulted a white cop by calling him stupid for doing his job. His wife stated during a campaign speech that this was the first time in her adult life that she was proud to be an American, referencing her husbands campaign. Deliberate remarks, plain, simple and to the point.

Obama studied the muslim faith as a youngster, and based on his 20 years at Jeremiah Wrights church, did not embrace a true Christian faith.

During his campaign Obama’s remarks should have been a wake up call for the left… that he did not embrace our form of government, but a government based on socialism/communism. Its apparent that Obama does not care for the American people of the white race. His muslim training and his twenty years listening to the filth and garbage that Jeromiah Wright preached in his church in Chicago formed his ideology toward whites and America.

With all this said and done, the simple fact is Obamas affiliation with previous practicing terrorists, his intimate relation with gangsters and his contempt for the Constitution is enough to impeach this man, who should never have been allowed to run for President. It’s safe to say that Obama harbors ill feelings toward the white race, Christianity and our Democratic form of government.

Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel; withholding health care for the elderly is for the greater good.

The Presidents Chief of Staff, Rahm Emanuel’s brother Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel says,

“HEALTH CARE SHOULD BE WITHHELD FROM THE ELDERLY, FOR THE GREATER GOOD”…

Obama will put decisions about your care in the hands of presidential appointees (President Obama’s top health advisers should never be trusted with that power.) i.e., Dr. E.
